DAD N ME by ABHI RAHEJA

Well, This here comes for all the dads in the world on this second sunday of June. Happy Father's Day fellas.

After all the Life threatning Warnings, all the OH SO Horrible! Scoldings and inexplicable beatings ( :/ ) I know that what you love the most in this entire life is me. Sometimes, I think How can a man with so many ambitions, with so many Goals, who wants to do hell lot of stuff in life and enjoy his life to hell can just simply dedicate his life to his kids. As in like everything. How easy can that be? I cant just even imagine. Its been 16 Whole years since you first saw me and i came into your life and My heart somehow knows that whatever you did in the past 16 years in directly or indirectly for the better future of mine. This makes me wonder Whatever a Dad Does for his Kid, like all the things a dad does.. Will I be able to do that for mine? Ah. Complicated much! We'll see after be having the 'Honour' of having kids. 

When I say, You're the coolest Dad. Who lets me Buy Tshirts with Adult Quotes :P (Which then helps me depict myself a stud among my friends :P ) Who knows everything about all my Girlfriends and still doesnt Threaten or Blackmails me :D Who Watches Funny Movies with me, Who Takes me To awesome Places and Who lets me have Anything i ever want. :)

You certainly are the Coolest Dad ever.

All i know for now is that I want myself to be taking care for you in your hard times like you did and even do for me. I want to Promise you that no matter how many bad grades i get or whatever 'unexpected' things i go through. I'll do something 'Good' with my life and for which most importantly you'll be proud of me.

If there are no miracles then we need to find another word for the existence of life the existence of you and me on earth. Call it a gift from spirit (God or god in whatever form works for you), serendipity, happenstance or plain good fortune. I invite you to look at your life as if it were a miracle. To treat your life in any other way seems to me to be a terrible waste of your unique presence on this planet.

I Love You. And I am proud of you :D

When all is said and done, you are part of me. That's the way it was meant to be. People are brought together for a reason, everything happens for a reason. I believe the reason that you and me were brought together was because we complete one another. We fill in each other's missing spots with love. And if someday God decides to tear us apart, I trust that there is a reason. Cause if there is a reason for love, there is a reason for life beyond it.

Should a leader be a Visionary or a Realist? - By Abhi Raheja

A leader is one Who knows the way, Goes the way, and shows the way. An idealistic Leader is :-

- Honest
- Has an ability to delegate, that means he has the capability of identifying the potential in his team and capitilizes on them.
- Is able to communicate, that means he is successful in convincing his team for his Vision.
- Has a great sense of humour.
- Is committed towards his team's goalss.
- Most Importantly, He is Confident.

In the literal sense, Realism is Defined as an "Interest in or concern for the Actual or real or the tendency to view or represent things as they really are."

Robert F. Kennedy once said - " Some men see things the way the are and ask why? I dream of things that never were, and ask why not? "


The first part of the statement is how a realist might think. The Second part is the idealism of a leader. It demonstrated confidence.

Now, We come onto  - Should a leader be a visionary or a realist?

On One hand, we've got a visionary leader and on the other we've got a realist.

A leader carrying a futuristic vision will be able to motivate his teammates and give them the assurance of things settling down at the earliest.

While

A realist leader will help you face the harsh reality as well as the facts without Giving you any false hopes.

Also

A visionary Leader will tell you about what plans and visions he has for the future so as to bring success for the institution where as a realist leader will tell you the reality about the present and what all need to be done for the future instead of giving false hopes thus bridging the gap between current and future reality.

A realist leader has the potential in himself to redeem from the past and work for the present.


A Realist leader Always talks about the Present and tries emphasising on the better present so as to make a better future.

All in all a realist Leader will prove to be a better leader than a leader who only has visions for the working of an institution.

Yet, A leader has to be practical and a realist, however must talk the language of the visionary and the idealist.
